What is a holding company?

A holding company is a company that owns other businesses.

It does not usually sell anything itself. Its job is to own, fund and supervise the businesses under it. Think of it as the parent, and the six businesses as its children — each one doing its own work, all of them living under the same roof and the same house rules.

That is what Hexahorizon does. It holds the money, sets the standards, and is answerable for what the six businesses do.

The division brands

Hexahorizon is the parent company. Two of the six divisions have settled their own trading names and now carry their own marks, each built inside the parent system — same hexagon, same Horizon Green and Brass Gold, with the line A Hexahorizon company beneath.

The remaining four divisions trade under the parent name. Their names will be added here as they are settled. [to be confirmed]

Why six different businesses?

It is a fair question. A company that helps students study abroad has nothing in common with one that sources diamonds.

They are together for one practical reason: they were started by the same people, and they are funded and supervised in the same way. Keeping them under one company means one set of accounts, one standard of paperwork, and one place where the responsibility stops.

We are not going to claim the six are secretly connected. Two of them do work together — our agriculture business grows produce that our import and export business can ship. The other four stand on their own.

How the group is run

Each business runs on its own

Every division has its own people, its own scope of work, and its own way of doing things. A farm visit and a film shoot cannot be run the same way, so we do not pretend they can.

The parent company provides three things: money, rules, and accountability. It also decides which work is taken on in the first place.

Everything is written down

Before any work starts, you get it in writing: what we will do, what it will cost, and by when. When the work is finished, you can put the two side by side and check.

Where a certificate or a licence exists for something — a gemstone report, a soil test, an export document — we get it, and we give you a copy.

We take on only what we can finish

We would rather do less work properly than announce more than we can staff. If a division is not ready to take on your job, it will say so instead of taking your money and figuring it out later.

About our age

Hexahorizon was registered in 2026. That is public information — anyone can look it up on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs register.

So you will not find claims on this website about decades of experience, hundreds of happy clients, or awards. We do not have them yet, and made-up numbers are easy to spot.

What you will find is a plain description of what each business does today, and an honest line on each page saying where that business has actually reached. If that is not enough for your decision, that is a reasonable position and we would rather you knew now.

Common questions

Is Hexahorizon a registered company?

Yes. It is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered in Karnataka, India. The registration number (CIN) will be published here once we have finalised this page. [to be added]

Do I deal with the parent company or the division?

The division. You will speak to the people who would actually do your work. The parent company sits behind them and is responsible if something goes wrong.

Can I work with more than one division?

Yes, but each one is contracted separately, with its own scope and its own price. We do not bundle unrelated services together.

Where are you based?

Karnataka, India. The full registered office address will be published here. [to be added]
