In short
- We find and check suppliers, so you are not sending money to a company you have never verified.
- We prepare the export and customs documents that shipments get stuck on.
- We book and coordinate the freight, by sea or by air.
- Agricultural produce is our first category — some of it grown by our own farmers.
Who this is for
Buyers outside India who want to source from here. Indian producers who want to sell abroad but have never dealt with export paperwork. And traders who want someone reliable handling the documentation.
What we help with
Finding and checking suppliers
Anyone can find a supplier online. The hard part is knowing whether they are real, whether they can actually produce the quantity they claim, and whether the goods will match the sample. We verify before you commit money.
Export documents and customs
Cross-border shipments run on paperwork: the invoice, the packing list, the certificate of origin, the bill of lading, and whatever certificates your goods and destination require. One wrong document and the container sits at the port while charges build up. We prepare and check the full set.
Freight
We arrange shipping by sea or air, book the space, and coordinate with the freight forwarder and the customs agent. You get one point of contact instead of three.
Agricultural produce
This is our first category. Our Agriculture Technology division works with growers in Karnataka, which means for some produce we can trace it back to the farm it came from — increasingly a requirement for overseas buyers, not a bonus.
Payment and trade finance
International trade usually uses a letter of credit — a bank's promise to pay once the correct documents are presented. It protects both sides, but it is unforgiving about detail. We help coordinate it with your bank. [services being confirmed]
How it works
- Tell us what you want to moveThe goods, the quantity, where from and where to. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is something we can handle.
- A full quotationNot just the goods. The freight, the duties, the documentation charges and the timeline — so you see the landed cost, not a number that grows later.
- Supplier verificationBefore any money moves, we check the supplier and, where it applies, inspect or test a sample.
- Contract and documentsA written agreement covering quality, quantity, timeline and payment terms, and the full document set prepared alongside it.
- ShippingBooked, cleared through customs and tracked. You get updates at each stage rather than silence.
- DeliveryGoods arrive with the complete document file, so nothing is missing when you need to prove what you received.
What we do not do
- We do not handle restricted or prohibited goods.
- We do not ship without the complete and correct document set.
- We do not under-declare the value of a shipment to reduce duty.
- We do not promise a delivery date that depends on customs and weather. We give you a realistic range instead.
Common questions
What is an IEC?
The Importer-Exporter Code is the registration number a business needs to import or export from India. Ours will be published here once issued. [to be added]
Which goods do you handle?
Agricultural produce first. The other categories we are set up for are being confirmed. [to be confirmed]
Which countries do you ship to?
Tell us your destination and we will tell you honestly whether we have a route and the correct certifications for it.
Who pays the customs duty?
It depends on the trade terms you agree — whether the price includes shipping and duty, or stops at the port. We explain the options in plain language before you sign anything, because this is where most first-time traders get caught.
I am a farmer. Can you export my produce?
Possibly. Talk to our Agriculture Technology division first — export buyers usually require specific grading, packing and records, and it is easier to plan that before the crop than after it.
This division is new and some registrations are still being issued. We will publish each number here as it comes through, rather than implying we already hold it. You are welcome to enquire in the meantime.
