About NY Global
NY Global is the overseas education and immigration division of Hexahorizon Global Private Limited.
The division shortlists course and country against a student's marks, budget and longer plan, then handles applications, personal statements, references and mark sheets, education finance, and visa filing. Every university asks for slightly different things, and the documents are checked before they go rather than after they are rejected.
It is one file, handled end to end, by the people who would do the work — not a counselling desk that hands you on.
We do not guarantee admission or a visa. Those decisions belong to the university and to the embassy, and any agency that promises otherwise is promising something it does not control. What we commit to is a complete, correctly prepared application, filed on time.
Who this is for
Students in India who want to study at a university in another country — for a bachelor's degree, a master's, or a diploma. Parents are welcome in every conversation, because in most families they are paying for it.
What we help with
Choosing a course and a country
This is the part most people get wrong. We look at your marks, your budget, and what you actually want to do after you graduate. Then we build a shortlist of universities that fit all three — not a list of the most famous names.
Building your application
Every university asks for slightly different things. Usually it is a personal statement (why you want this course), letters from teachers, your mark sheets, and sometimes a portfolio. We help you write and assemble all of it, and we check it before it goes.
Planning your entrance exams
You may need an English test like IELTS or TOEFL, and sometimes GRE or GMAT. We tell you which ones your shortlist actually requires, what score you need, and when to book so your results arrive before the deadline.
Education finance
Loans, proof of funds and the financial evidence a university or an embassy will ask to see. We tell you what is needed and in what form, early enough to arrange it.
Immigration and visa filing
This is where applications usually get delayed. Forms, bank statements, proof that you can pay the fees, and evidence in the exact format the embassy wants. We prepare it with you and check it line by line.
Before you fly
Accommodation, health insurance, foreign exchange, a packing list, and a checklist for your first week. Small things, but they are the ones that go wrong when nobody has thought about them.
How it works
- A first conversationAbout 30 minutes, free. You tell us your marks, your budget and what you want to study. We tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
- Your shortlistWe come back with a list of universities and courses, with fees, deadlines and entry requirements written out clearly.
- Building the applicationWe work through the personal statement, the recommendation letters and the documents together. You approve everything before it is sent.
- Applying and waitingWe submit and track each application, and tell you the moment there is news. Offers usually take several weeks.
- The visaOnce you accept an offer, we prepare the visa file with you and get you ready for the interview if there is one.
- Getting you thereAccommodation, insurance, forex and a pre-departure briefing so you know what happens when you land.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee admission. The university decides, not us.
- We do not guarantee a visa. The embassy decides, not us.
- We do not promise a specific exam score.
- We will not push you towards a university just because it is easy to get into, if it is wrong for you.
- If your profile is not ready for this year's intake, we will tell you and suggest what to fix.
Common questions
When should I start?
About 12 to 18 months before the intake you are aiming for. Applications open long before the course starts, and entrance exams need booking months in advance.
What does it cost?
We tell you the full fee in writing before you commit to anything, and there are no charges added later. Our fee schedule is being finalised. [to be added]
Do you coach for IELTS or GRE?
We plan your test schedule and tell you the score you need. Whether coaching is provided in-house or through a partner is being confirmed. [to be confirmed]
Which countries do you work with?
The list of countries and university partners is being finalised and will be published here. [to be confirmed]
My marks are average. Is it worth asking?
Yes. Ask. There are good courses for most profiles, and it is better to hear a realistic answer early than to find out after you have paid an application fee.
Hexahorizon was registered in 2026, so this division is new. We are not going to tell you how many students we have placed, because the honest number is small. What we can tell you is exactly how we work, which is written above.
